The 11th annual Budweiser New Music Fest recently announced its preliminary line-up, consisting of Juno Award-winning co-headliners The Sheepdogs, Monster Truck & James Barker Band with Juno Nominee and CMAO winners Cold Creek County. The festival takes place September 14-15, 2018 at Grace Hartman Amphitheatre in Bell Park, Sudbury, Ontario. Additional special guest performances are soon to be announced.
The all-Canadian, award-winning lineup has gained New Music Fest its biggest initial response to date in Sudbury. “The on-sale campaign has received the largest early-bird ticket sales response that New Music Fest has had in 11 years”, comments Festival Director, Paul Fairley. “This is very likely going to be our biggest year yet.”
New Music Fest began in 2008 within small venues in Barrie, ON. The festival has since expanded to larger outdoor venues and hosted annual music festivals in Barrie, London, and Sudbury, ON, commencing in 2012.
